cadet of the quarter
A quarter board is a board conducted thrice a year where a cadet from each division per company: Enlisted, Non-Commissioned Officer, and Officer, is nominated to compete against the other cadets in their division to receive the title of the ''Cadet Of the Quarter'' award.
There are a series of qualifications that a cadet must have
*a cadet must be passing all of his/her classes
*a cadet would have to participate in events and volunteering opportunities
*a cadet would have to wear their uniform correctly during the board
*the board members would need a copy of the cadet's GPA
* a few extra-curricular things a cadet can do is being in a school club, or is active in the community
